HRB Bearing Catalogue.
Code name for HRB rolling bearing
Rolling bearing code is a kind of engineering language, which is used to describe the bearing type, dimension, tolerance grade, internal structure change, clearance change, and necessary characteristic parameters.
The Code of HRB rolling bearings is applicable to the code of general-purpose rolling bearings whose external dimensions conform to GB/T273.1(ISO355), GB/T273.2(ISO104), GB/T273.3(ISO15) and GB/T273.3(ISO15).
The bearing code specified in the code of HRB rolling bearing consists of BASIC code and supplementary code. Its BASIC code includes bearing type, bearing structure, size series, and inside diameter size; Supplementary codes include ring variants, material variations, cage variations, seals and dust-proof devices, pairing combinations, clearance groups, tolerance classes, special performance requirements, and bearing codes for external companies. Supplementary codes are indicated in the form of prefixes and postfix to the left and right of the basic bearing codes.
BASIC code for HRB bearings
The basic code of HRB bearing is composed of bearing type code, Dimension series code and bore diameter code. The basic code for each standard bearing is usually three to six digits or a combination of letters and numbers. The digits are usually arranged from left to right.
